Wednesday, September 15th: "Skewers"- a class devoted to the trendy art form of serving food on skewers. We will be looking at everything from appetizers to unusual salad presentations, main courses, BBQ ideas, fondues and dessert skewers.

A Tapas seafood class combination to tempt the taste buds. Love it! Love it ! Love it!
Tuesday September 28th: Wrap'n'Roll-just when you think you have heard it all... tonight we will look at dumplings, phyllo, spring rolls, wonton wrappers, puff pastry and all of the wonderful foods that lend themselves to being wrapped and rolled!!
Thursday, October 7th: World Cuisine Class
-A favorite - always... tonight's cuisine is Thai, Moroccan and the French Bistro. An unusual combination but one that will have your taste buds singing.
Thursday, October 14th: Stuffed Pasta Workshop
(note: afternoon class 1:00pm-3:30pm) If you like stuffed pasta for soups or maybe for a main course Italian delight, then join us for this afternoon workshop. We will also talk about sauces and cheeses that accompany these pasta dishes - a full meal deal ! (seafood allergy alert)
Monday, October 18th: Night on the Mediterranean
- a fun twist...register for this class and you pick the country/course/food we should feature. Chef Jayne is ready for anything you can throw her way!! The only thing guaranteed is that it will be an evening inspired by the cultures and peoples that live along the great Mediterranean.
Wednesday, Ocotber 20th: Champagne Reception
(note: afternoon class 1:00pm-3:30pm) Cooking with champagne and serving food that accompanies champagne is a wonderful skill to have as we enter into the festive fall and Christmas season. Indulge in the romantic and sophisticated world of the bubbly!!

yes, the chilly weather is just around the corner. Tonight's class is all about comfort food to warm the soul. We are also going to have "risotto boot camp" for all those who want to make a great risotto this winter and who fail miserably with dense, thick goo!!

Monday, December 06th: The Gift Giving Guru -we end our season with one of my favorite classes!! I love to receive a home-made gift of the heart at Christmas. It speaks volumes. Carol-Ann has guided us in creating food gifts for several years and we look forward to what she has created for us this year (I hope she includes her Japanese Nuts'n'Bolts recipe or her Pomegranate Wine Jelly..best ever!! Mind you, the champagne mustard from last year was also a delight!)
